Navya is a story of young generation of modern India. The story is told through a young and beautiful girl, Navya. Navya is from a traditional middle class family. She is not sure of want she wants from life. She looks to other other and long to have a boyfriend.
Soumya Seth has beautifully played the role of Navya in the TV serial. She has potryed a young middle class girl from Mumbai in the TV serial. Navya is traditional and keeps distance from the boys. However she believes in fairytale romance. Navya shares everything with her childhood friend Ritika Joshi.
The role of Anant is played by Shaheer Sheikh in the Star Plus drama Navya. Anant is a modernest but believe in traditional values. Both Navya and Anant start liking each other. The TV serial is about how the couple carry their relationship while maintaining their traditional values.
